Privacy policy

2. What data we process

Only what you give us in the forms on this website:

• Pro form: name, email, phone (optional), person or business, trade or sector, city, Instagram or TikTok handle (optional) and whether you could take urgent jobs.
• Waiting list: email and city (optional).

For security and to prevent abuse, we also store an irreversible, encrypted fingerprint of the IP address the form was sent from. Your IP cannot be recovered from it.

3. Why we use it

• To tell you about Today's launch and its arrival in your city.
• For pros, to contact you before launch to verify your identity and help set up your profile.

We make no automated decisions and build no profiles with this data.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box (article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to todaysoporte@gmail.com.

5. How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it or, at most, 12 months after Today launches in your city if you do not join the app.

6. Who else can access it

We do not sell or share your data. Only our hosting and database provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes it on Today's behalf to provide the service, storing it in its Western Europe region. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and applies standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to todaysoporte@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Age

The forms on this website are only for people aged 18 or over. By sending them, you confirm you are 18 or older. If we learn that a minor has given us their data, we will delete it.

The Today app, once available, may be used from the minimum age allowed by Spanish law, under the conditions set out in its own terms of use and privacy policy.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
